| Description | One (1) 15" Towable Wood Chipper for the Public Works Department. The unit will be used by the Public works department for the process of chipping brush, branches and logs up to 15" in diameter. Acceptable machines are believed to be: Morbark M15R, Vermeer BC1500, Bandit 15GXP Specification: 1 Min. 4 Cylinder cylinder diesel. 2 Min. 170 Hp. 3 Min 4.0 liter. 4 Heavy duty two stage air cleaner W/ dry cartridge. 5 Fully enclosed on all four sides W/ lockable sheet metal panels. 6 Block heater. 7 Air cleaner restriction indicator. Filter pre-cleaner to be installed. 8 High engine temp and low engine oil pressure shut down system. 9 Fuel system to have fuel shut off to prevent fuel loses during filter changes. 10 Primary and secondary fuel filters. Secondary to have water separator. 11 Oil change intervals to be min 500 Hrs. To include Quick service ports. 12 Tier 4 Stage IV Emissions. 13 Pressurized liquid cooling system W/ water pump and Automatically adjusting fan belt. Antifreeze rated to min-34 deg. | ||
