Description

**Notification of Delay and Possible Cancellation of the Requirement** Based on recent information discovered, the government has made the decision to place this procurement on hold for a period of 30 days. The government will be evaluating the scope of work and how it affects the ongoing Major Unit Rehabilitation project that is ongoing. The intention of this notice is to stop the bidding process to reduce any impact on prospective bidders until a decision to move forward or to cancel the requirement can be determined. If it is determined that this requirement will be cancelled, you will be notified in writing. If it is decided to proceed, an Amendment will be issued, and a new Bid Due date will be established. A decision will be made NLT 25 May 2023. All PROJNET inquiries will remain open until a decision is made. This is Step-One w hich is a request for technical proposals only. Bid bonds are NOT required to be submitted w ith the Step-One technical proposal.
