Lift Station No. 14 Rehabilitation

A. Installation of a new entrance to the wet well with new dormer, door, masonry and precast construction to create a new, separate entrance to the wet well. B. Replacement of dry well handrails, replacement of dry well fiberglass grating. C. Blast and clean the wet well, apply resurfacer material and apply fiber reinforced coating system. Abrasive blast the dry well and apply epoxy coating system. D. Remove existing HVAC equipment from dry well side and furnish and install new make-up air unit, ductwork distribution, gas detection and two new exhaust fans. Remove existing HVAC equipment from the wet well side and furnish and install new make-up air unit, ductwork distribution, gas detection and one new exhaust fan with VFD. E. Electrical and controls work to include: 1. Powering HVAC, moving and replacing lights and switches 2. Install explosion proof lights in wet well. 3. Seal existing penetrations for float switches and remove existing float switches. New floats installed with cables routed to junction box. F. Start-up Services for all new equipment
