Hess Creek Phase 2 - City of Newberg

Currently the access to Hess Creek is limited and undersized in some locations. This project will line the upper portion of the Hess Creek trunk line to reduce I/I influence and extend the life of the pipe. Flow monitoring will also be implemented after the lining to inform the design phase of Hess Creek Phase 2 project downstream. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of July 16, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
