Otsego Water Tower 4

Design, construct, and erect a 1,500,000-gallon capacity elevated water storage tank and composite tower including site work, grading, watermain, storm sewer, aggregate and bituminous driveway, electrical, and other necessary appurtenances including the following: Provide foundation design Provide steel tank & concrete tower design, including anchorage Construct tank & tower foundation including excavation, concrete, backfill, and anchorage Furnish and Install piping, including watermain, riser & overflow, valves, and fittings Furnish and erect the 1,500,000 gallon elevated tank with composite tower including all appurtenances Furnish and install electrical and control devices Furnish and apply coatings and logos on the steel surfaces of the elevated tank Furnish and install Interior Room Site Work including grading, class 5 aggregate base, bituminous driveway, concrete apron, erosion control, and turf establishment
