| Description | Replacement of the existing roofing systems at five buildings at the Moccasin Bend Waste Water Treatment Plant, plus the installation of one membrane roofing system over a metal roof at one building at the same location. The plant is located at 455 Moccasin Bend Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405. The total roofing area to be replaced/installed is 29,341 square feet. The new roofing system for all buildings shall consist of a new White 0.060” TPO roofing system over the existing substrate, including insulation and coverboard to meet 2012 IBC and IECC, plus additional work as specified. The completed roofing system must have a 20 year minimum warranty on all materials and labor. |
