| Description | The District reserves the right to waive any irregularities, accept or reject any or all bids and to accept or reject any item therein. Bidders will be required to furnish the District with a bid bond of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the successful bid and a Payment Bond in the amount directed by Civil Code Section 3248 General Contractors License B and/or a Class C-13 License at the time of award and throughout the duration of this Contract. The Contractor's California State License number shall be clearly stated on the bidder's proposal. Subcontractors shall be licensed pursuant to California law for the trades necessary to perform the Work called for in the Contract Documents.
