Description | CBJTC Wastewater Treatment Plant SCADA Upgrade Project Location: Camp Blanding Joint Training Center, Starke, FL General Statement of Work: Upgrade 9 pump stations, 4 primary wells, 2 water storage tanks, and the wastewater treatment facility incl electrical distribution related to the mechanical scope, conduits and control cabling to support new SCADA and control upgrades for each site; Install 2 new well pumps and motors; Elevation of discharge piping above grade and relocation flow meters; Update controls to allow for flow pacing of chlorine, automation of well operations based on distribution pressure, automatic cutoff based on totalized daily flow; Replace existing right-angle drives with new 125Kw standby generators and ATS at 2 primary wells; Install new pressure and level sensors for elevated storage tanks; Replace existing altitude valves and butterfly valves on storage tank feed lines and provide new access hatches to the valve vaults; Install new chlorine analyzer system; Connection of new chlorine analyzer and existing feed system to standby power; Install new aviation and safety lighting for elevated storage tanks; Install 4 manual transfer switches for portable generators at 2 of the primary wells and 2 of the water storage tanks; Repair of leaks at existing wet well to prevent groundwater intrusion; Provide upgrades to the SBR treatment train to incl updated PLC controls, new submerged mixers, 1 new drive mechanism for decant arm, and air valves; Replace existing sodium hypochlorite and sodium bisulfite chemical feed systems with new pumps and piping; Repair construction joints in wall of all four basins.
