No definite date for the rebid.** BIDS FOR MOLD REMEDIATION AND WATER DAMAGE BOROUGH OF PALISADES PARK Bidders are required to comply with Public Laws of 1975, Chapter 127, regarding Affirmative Action as amended by Executive Order 11246 regarding Equal Employment Opportunity. All corporations and partnerships must comply with Chapter 33 of the Public Laws of 1977, regarding disclosure of partners and stockholders. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, be addressed to the Borough of Palisades Park, Palisades Park, New Jersey 07650 and be labeled as "Bid for Mold Remediation and Water Damage". All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids and to accept the bid from the highest responsible bidder.
