The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2022. Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2022. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2022/2023. This project is located in the CAPITAL DISTRICT region and includes the following: Counties RENSSELAER ALBANY WARREN GREENE WASHINGTON ESSEX SARATOGA SCHENECTADY Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond. Federally Aided Contracts identify a DBE Goal, and 100% NY State Funded Contracts identify both MBE and WBE Goals.
