| Description | Supplier for four (4) Underground Concrete Vaults and Accessories to be delivered to four pre-determined areas east of Fountain Mesa Road, along C & S Road, in Fountain, CO 80817. The expected deliverables upon completion of this project include: 1. Four (4) Vaults 2. Sixteen (16) Lids 3. Sixteen (16) manhole covers 4. Sixteen (16) riser rings All four (4) vaults shall adhere to the following description: 20X8 Precast Splice Vault (8.0'); consisting of 8'X20'X8' I.D. precast vault with attached 8" base with 12" diameter sump pan in center of floor, attached 3'-10 Vi" bottom riser with 8" walls, two 19' long unistrut, eight 6" terminator ducts, four 12"X12" galvanized embedded plates with attached 12" X 12" plate with 5" dia hole, two 5" O.D. X 8' long galvanized steel tubes, separate 4'- l Vi" upper riser with 8" walls, one 19' long unistrut, four 6" terminator ducts, separate 10" lid with two 36" openings and nineteen J4" inserts, concrete grade rings as needed and appropriate single joint sealant. |
