Description

The scope of work consists of replacement of existing steam piping with new hot water piping infrastructure and the replacement of existing piping supports within multiple utility tunnels located on the Texas Southern University campus. In addition, existing boilers are to be replaced in the Texas Southern University Central Plant, lighting systems in the tunnels and various to be upgraded, and existing panels in extremely poor conditions to be replaced.
