Description | Harris Construction Co., Inc. will be bidding the Terry Bradley Educational Center Project and invites you to submit a subcontractor bid for this project. Bid documents will be placed in The Fresno Builders Exchange and can also be viewed and/or downloaded from the Harris Construction Plan Room. This project is being broken out into Phases and Increments. The phase are described below. PROJECT OVERVIEW Construction of a new educational center for the Clovis Unified School District. Campus to be an open mall concept for a university feel. Campus to include shared facilities between High School & Middle School. Shared facilities to include : Administration/Library/Student Union/Lecture Hall Building, MPR/Food Services, Snack Bar, Gymnasium, Applied Arts, Visual & Performing Arts, Pool Complex. Football Stadium, Athletic Facilities, & Event Center. High School to have (3) 2-Story Academic Towers and Middle School to have (2) 2-Story Academic Towers. See associated projects for additional bid package information. Phase 3 Increment No. 3 Includes: Utilities, Surveying, Landscaping. Finish grading, flatwork, site furnishings, Track and Field Complex, Varsity Baseball Field, Varsity Softball, Pools, Associated Site Work. Buildings Include: F (Maintenance - 7660 SF), H (Sub Level Main Gym - 70702 SF), J (Gym/Locker Room - 51750 SF), K (Performing Arts - 10500 SF), L (Performing Arts - 8387 SF), M (Performing Arts - 10367 SF), V (Track & Field Accessory Bldg - 1500 SF), Y (Track & Field Accessory Bldg - 1500 SF), N (Pool RR/Concessions - 8152 SF), P (Pool Pump Bldg - 3300 SF) Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to late first quarter 2023.
