Community Center Flooring

1. Strip/buff old wax off existing VCT flooring to ensure pressure sensitive glue has proper adhesion. 2. Skim coat/prep existing VCT flooring as required for new flooring. 3. Black doorway reducers will be installed at all required doorways and room transitions. 4. All new black 4 inch rubber cove base to be installed. 5. Install LVT flooring Armstrong LVT J6216 la jolla shore 12x24 20 Mil and Armstrong Parallel 20, J6217 catalina sand 12x24, 20 mil., or an alternative product matching the above specs. LVT must have a minimum rating for a floor clearing machine of 200 RPM and full commercial warranty. LVT will be installed in a pattern that will be discussed during the walkthrough. 6. LVT will be full glue using manufactures recommend adhesive to endure warranty is not voided. 7. Installation of LVT will follow manufacture guidelines to ensure warranty is not voided. 8. Jobsite will be keep neat and clean. 9. City will supply the dumpster for all debris.
