Description

Only General MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page may submit a proposal for this ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility project. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings. This scope of work is to be accomplished in the vicinity of 1204 on Hammond Road, at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The contractor shall build a PEB and install new fencing to encompass 1204 and the new PEB Location The work shall be at the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, at the building and/or area as described in the attached project description. The exact location will be indicated by the Contracting Officer. Scope- a. Remove or alter existing work in such a manner as to prevent or damage to any portions of the existing work which remain. b. Repair or replace portions of existing work which have been altered during construction operations to match existing or adjoining work, as approved by the Contracting Officer. At the completion of operations, existing work shall be in a condition equal to or better than that which existed before new work started.
