Estes Park Campground at Mary's Lake Electrical and Water Distribution System Improvements Phase II

Project work includes the replacement of secondary electrical distribution to approximately 25 RV hookup sites and the layout of connection pedestals at each RV site. In addition, the project work includes the replacement of water distribution lines and associated yard hydrants in 25 RV hookup sites and 3 additional locations. The Estes Valley Recreation and Park District (EVRPD or District) is seeking services for the construction of Water & Electrical Distribution System Improvements, Phase 2, at the Estes Park Campground at Mary’s Lake, located at 2120 Mary’s Lake Road, Estes Park, CO 80517. This property is located on federal land administered by the Bureau of Reclamation; the District is the managing partner. Project work includes the replacement of secondary electrical distribution to approximately 25 RV hookup sites and the layout of connection pedestals at each RV site. In addition, the project work includes the replacement of water distribution lines and associated yard hydrants in 25 RV hookup sites and 3 additional locations. Work can begin March 1, 2022 and must be completed no later than May 13th, 2022
