| Description | GENERAL ? The following shall not be interpreted as a complete itemization of the work to be performed under this Bid Category. This Bid Category Trade Contractor shall be responsible to perform all work reasonably interpreted to be included in its scope of work in accordance with the drawings and specifications in addition to these Bid Category notes of clarification. Include (Furnish and Install u.n.o): 1. Provide all necessary temporary protection of surrounding areas and existing roof, including all temporary pedestrian protection. 2. Furnish and install all cold formed metal framing. 3. Furnish and install board insulation, foamed-in-place insulation, fluid applied membrane air barriers, walls, panels, polyvinyl-chloride roofing and sheet metal flashing trim. 4. Include all misc. patching of masonry holes. 5. Include all misc. touch up painting. 6. Include required porta potties. 7. Include all dumpsters for debris. 8. Include extension of existing Duro-Last roof warranty. |
