| Description | Sealed bids for the construction of Veterans Memorial Blvd - Phase I Proposed Noise Barrier Wall. Q & A deadline: Mar 30, 2023 5:00:00 PM EDT All requests for interpretations or clarifications shall be in writing and addressed on the County's Online Bidding System to be given consideration. In accordance with the Updated TNTM, to meet noise barrier cost reasonable and feasible abatement, the required height for the noise wall is 14 feet with respect to the Project's 100% Plans (Plans) wall alignment ground elevation. The contractor shall construct the Veterans Memorial Boulevard Phase I - Proposed Noise Barrier Wall per the attached plans. If for unknown field conditions, the wall alignment is required to deviate from the Plans' wall alignment, the top of wall elevations, per the TNTM, shall be maintained. The contractor is responsible for contacting and verifying all utilities within the project vicinity before the commencement of any digging/excavation activities. The contractor shall restore disturbed areas to preconstruction conditions before closing out the project. |
