Bids may also be sent via UPS / Fed-X to same address or to Fenix Constructors, Inc. at 215 Drew St. S.W., Ardmore, Oklahoma 73401, with a 2:00 pm delivery time on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. A cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount from each subcontractor and or material supplier who's bid exceeds $50,000, made payable to Walters Public School and Fenix Constructors, Inc., as a dual oblige bond, shall accompany the submitted proposal. All bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening of bids.
