In addition, the successful bidder, and subcontractors, shall recognize and assign work to crafts based upon historical craft jurisdiction. The City of Ellisville, hereby notifies all bidders that each will be afforded a full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin. The prevailing wage provision and those other provisions applies to all work performed on site.
