Security Upgrades Phase II - Baldwin, Cunningham, Curtis, McCabe, Fallon, Little and Varieur Elementary Schools

Work of this Contract in general comprises of all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and services required to complete the work as described on the drawings, as specified in the project manual and as may be required by the existing conditions. The scope of work in general is to furnish all labor and materials required to construct new secured vestibules at each school including new bullet resistant doors, frames, glazing, window teller drawers with microphones, new interior and exterior doors, frames and hardware, automatic door openers, metal stud and gypsum board, new bullet resistant wall panel system, new bullet resistant glazing system, painting, acoustical ceilings. New security camera’s, access control systems, intercom clocks and pa system, report systems, exterior wall pack light fixtures. Provide all new electrical wiring, boxes, devices, and low voltage systems for complete installation.
