Description | The professional services of an architectural firm or engineering firm for the Project and also has the ability to provide a webhosted application for storage and access to that data. The design must include the existing well to be reconditioned and a new well pump to be provided. The design must also include the water from the well to be stored in a pair of two 30,000-gallon storage tanks. These two new tanks are expected to be located underground, but an above grade option must be evaluated if it appears to provide cost or other benefit. The design must include, but is not limited to, a water filtration and treatment system that must both treat water pumped from the well prior to storage and, recirculate and treat the stored water. A new booster pump skid will pressurize the water supply and deliver it from the storage tanks to the main water service entrance for the hospital. The design must include a new well house for the well-head, and a separate 500 sf building will be provided to house booster pumps, and treatment equipment. The buildings are anticipated to be simple, prefabricated, windowless structures, with code minimum insulation and services and access doors as required. |
