Description

Sealed bids in triplicate for twenty-two (22) 80-foot Class H1 Southern Yellow Pine Wood Poles for the Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant's Transmission and Distribution Department All bids for this are subject to provisions in public bidding of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 164 Section 56D and that shall become an integral part of any contract awarded hereunder. The Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received and also to accept any bid in total or in part if it is in the best interest of the Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant to do so.
