| Description | Removing existing roof system and installing a fully adhered PVC Hybrid Roofing System over an existing concrete deck. The work also includes exterior waterproofing of Keen Building screen wall around the mechanical yard and installing a new liquid applied roofing system to a covered walkway, other work to be included will be to install a new exhaust fan unit and remove existing exhaust stack. Contractor will need to coordinate with FSU demolition of Transite piping for abatement when removing existing exhaust fan on roof. FSU will provide the abatement and disposal services |
