Description

Request for Qualifications and Proposal (RFQ/P) in connection with the re-model/ re-purposing of the Little Beaver Trail Employee housing project in Silverthorne, CO. The Owner proposes to retain a highly qualified, capable firm(s) to act as the Architect throughout the planning, design and construction. The owner I seeking a lean and efficient design package. In addition to providing customary Architectural/Design services, the Candidate will assist with the diligence required to provide efficient and responsible use of the current structure.
