Description

There are several heating and cooling units at fire station #2 and #4 that are failing and in need of replacement. The size of the units range from 2 to 5 tons of cooling and 40k to 100k BTUs. The duct work, controls, and thermostats for the fire stations are in good condition and should be reused. Additionally, the heating and cooling capacity of the existing units is adequate, provided that they function normally. The scope of the project is to replace the existing units with units that match the existing size and manufacturer, or as close as possible.
