Well 6 Ground Storage Tank Rehab Project

Furnishing all labor, material, tools, equipment and performing all work required for the the Well No. 6 Ground Storage Tank 2020 Rehabilitation which consists of removing and replacing the entire existing tank roof and roof rafters, including center column and support; blasting and recoating the interior and exterior of the tank; removal and replacement of the following tank appurtenances: roof access hatch, roof vent, interior and exterior ladder, shell manway, overflow pipe flap valve, and level gauge; removal of the existing level float; removal and replacement of the sealant around the perimeter of the tank exterior at the foundation; miscellaneous welded steel patches that may be needed after surface preparation; and all additional items needed for a complete and operational system, complete as specified and as shown in the exhibits.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
