Rialto Building Modifications

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and renovation of an office development. Renovations include façade modifications, the installation of a new garage door, and the construction of a staircase with a balcony and an access door to a fast-food service. The overall construction work will consist of 264-square-feet. This project with before the Tucson Design and review Board on March 26, 2021 and received a recommendation. The project is still waiting for approval from the city. An architect and general contractor have been selected. A firm construction timeline has not been established, but construction is not expected to begin before third quarter 2021.
