Description LBE Goal is 5% This scope includes but is not limited to: 1. Remove and dispose of existing shingles, felt paper and roofing nails. 2. Remove and dispose of existing metal roof panels, panel clips, felt paper, and roofing nails. 3. Remove and dispose of existing metal flashings. 4. Replace any deteriorated or warped wood fascial/blocking (unit price). 5. Remove and dispose of all plumbing vent flashings. 6. Repair any damage to roof decks caused by removal of existing roofs. 7. Replace, in kind, any deteriorated wood decking (unit price). 8. Re-secure any loose decking to wood rafters. 9. Eliminate existing roof vents. Cover openings with plywood sheathing attached to rafters 10. Cut decking at ridges to accommodate new ridge vents. 11. Nail synthetic base sheet to wood deck in prescribed manner. 12. Install ice and water shield at prescribed locations. 13. Install new plumbing vent flashings. 14. Replace "goose neck" vent. 15. Install new metal counter-flashings and step flashings. 16. Repair and/or replace damaged soffit wood. 17. Prep and paint entire soffit. 18. Install new eave metal. 19. Install asphalt dimensional (architectural) shingles. 20. Install new ridge vents as indicated on "New Roof Plan". 21. Install standing seam roof panels. 22. Install new gutters and downspouts as indicated on "New Roof Plan". 23. Install TPO flashing at transition between shingle roof and metal roof.
