Description | The Project includes the following Work at 10747 Renner Blvd and adjacent property 16210 West 108th Street: 1. AW: Modernization of warehouse building, including demolition of existing office space, construction of new offices, exterior building modifications, and mechanical system additions. 2. Vehicle Storage: Procurement and construction of pre-engineered 4-bay vehicular storage facility. 3. Administrative Headquarters: Renovate the existing CMVS office, men's locker room, and adjoining vehicle storage building. Procurement and installation of a new building HVAC system 4. Site Work: Construction of a new private access road, materials laydown yard, site grading and EV charging stations. Description of Project: Design and construction phase services for the detailed design of Phase I of the campus improvements to include tenant improvement of existing office space and locker rooms at the Headquarters Building, addition of a 4-bay vehicle storage building, renovation of existing warehouse and new private drive to access renovated warehouse.
