Mescalero Scattered Sites (Martinez & Weinbrenner)

The work located in Mescalero, New Mexico. The work required for the Deborah Weinbrenner and Bryan Martinez sites include, but is not limited to, the following: a.Mobilize to Deborah Weinbrenner site b.Construct new on-site septic system for Deborah Weinbrenner, which includes new sewer service cleanout, new gravity PVC sewer service line, new septic tank with effluent filter, new distribution box, and new EZ-flow drainfield. c.Mobilize to Bryan Martinez site. d.Perform road cut for successful connection to existing water main. Contractor shall provide traffic control plan and implementation in accordance with the permitting agency. Owner will submit permit for road crossing. e.Install new 6-inch gate valve and box. f.Install new 6-inch PVC water main. g.Install new 2-inch flush hydrant and gate valve assembly h.Install new water main tap, service saddle and corp stop. Install new water service line. i.Install new pressure boosting system, complete with electrical system, controls, pump system and insulated enclosure. j.Install buried electrical cable to new booster system. k.Conduct training and startup with the Utility Operations staff for the new pressure boosting system. l.Submit all required testing, documentation, O&M manuals, certifications, and as-built drawings. m.Demobilize and clean-up sites
