| Description | On-call roofing repair & project work. Stamford Public Schools operates and maintains 21 schools totaling 22 buildings. There is approximately 1,725,000 million square feet of roofing systems maintained by Stamford Public Schools. Roofing systems include, but are not limited to, shingled roofs, slate roofs, built up roofs, EPDM roofs, TPO roofs, and metal roofs. There is a mixture of warrantied and non-warrantied roofs (See attachment A for diagrams of building and associated warranties). This on-call includes repair and project work and associated square footage of roofs at the schools listed in the “Scope of Services” section C. |
