Hinsdale-Brattleboro Bridge - 12210C - New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT)

Plans call for a new bridge to span the Connecticut River that will link southern Vermont and New Hampshire. Two bridges between Brattleboro and Hinsdale would be replaced with a new structure 1,000 feet further downstream. The intersection of state highways 119 and 142 would be reconfigured into a "T." As of December 27, 2022, this project is in the design phase. Partial funding has been awarded through a BUILD Grant. Design is being completed in-house. Construction is anticipated to start in early 2023 and should be completed by October 25, 2024.
