Description

The project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and expenses necessary for the grading and erosion protection improvements as called for in the contract documents. The last date for questions will be August 31st, 2022 Proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the City of Shawnee, Oklahoma, as a bid guaranty. The following bonds will be required from the Contractor: Performance Bond equal to the full amount of the contract price; Statutory Bond equal to the full amount of the contract price; Maintenance Bond equal to the full amount of the contract price for a term of one year following acceptance of the project by the City.
