Sealcoating and Striping Parking Lots

Request for Proposal The Greenfield Fire District is seeking proposals for sealcoating and striping parking lots at the following locations: Middle Grove Fire Company, 25 North Creek Rd. Middle Grove, NY 12850 Maple Avenue Fire Company, 613 Maple Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 Scope of work: Preparation - Prior to sealcoating the entire area will be swept and cleaned of all debris, areas adjacent to the grass shall be power edged. Crack filling - Removal of all weeds and debris and seal all cracks up to and including 1" with hot, applied crack sealant. Sealcoating - Driveway sealer to be applied by spray or squeegee method. Sealer shall be applied by hand near any obstacles to provide and clean and neat finish. Striping - Layout and stripe all original stall and pavement markings. Proposals may be mailed to P.O.
