Window and Pressure Washing Services - Tidewater Community College

Contractor shall provide service for exterior window washing to include but not limited to all operable window, storm windows, store fronts, skylights, doors, transoms, panels, painted glass, and all other glass surfaces of the buildings. All window space sashes, sills, jambs and frames shall be clean and clear, free of all dirt, grime, cobwebs, bee’s nests, streaks and film. Contractor shall wash soffits and overhangs adjacent to window/glass to include space 4”-6” around the glass. Exterior building pressure washing service shall include all surfaces from the roof line to the ground, all adjacent concrete sidewalks, brick paver walkways, concrete retaining walls, concrete and brick steps, precast concrete, concrete & wood handicapped ramps, high traffic areas & other surfaces. Contractor shall include all surfaces above the roof line around the concrete sail in front of Building A and the concrete wall in front of Building C. Contractor shall furnish all material and equipment capable of delivering high-pressure, water suitable for removing stains, spills, etc. from brick, wood, and concrete surfaces without damaging the surface material. Contractor shall use the proper materials required to secure/protect all lighting to avoid water leakage and any potential damage to the lights or any other materials attached to the buildings.
