Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, transportation and supervision necessary to replace deteriorated sanitary sewer lines in the basement and 1st floor of Building 100. All construction work must adhere to the latest JCAHO, NFPA, ICARA, OSHA and life safety requirements. All construction work must be performed without affecting medical centers’ operations. The design plans include multiple phases to accomplish the work without interruption. Work includes replacing all existing 2” cast iron sanitary sewer line in Basement Interstitial space with 3” cast iron pipe, and replacing 4”, 6”, and 8” cast iron sanitary sewer line as required by government provided construction plans and specifications.
