MEDFORD SCHOOL DISTRICT STADIUM LED LIGHTING/ ELECTRICAL UPGRADES The Medford School District 549C (District) is seeking written bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment required for removal and installation of a new LED lighting system and electrical upgrades at Spiegelberg Stadium. The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
