ILDOT - 148 - Reconstruct the Intersection of Madison Street, South Street, and Lake Avenue The work consists of removal of the existing pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalks and the construction of a roundabout including excavation, topsoil, sodding, Portland cement concrete pavement, HMA pavement, sidewalk, detectable warnings, storm sewer, storm sewer structures, curb and gutter, signs and posts, thermoplastic pavement markings, underground conduits, cables, lighting controller, installation of street lights and other appurtenant construction necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein.
