Furnish labor and material to install tapered insulation to cricket required areas. Furnish labor and material to install a fully adhered 60 mil GAF TPO roof system and all required flashings. Furnish labor and material to install new 24-gauge Kynar finished edge metal, flashings, and coping where necessary. Please note, color to be selected by the owner from standard color sections. Furnish a manufacturer's 20-year No Dollar Limit Warranty. This includes all labor and materials. The award of this bid proposal, if awarded, shall be based on several criteria, including price bid, experience in the work proposed, and references.
