Description

The project consists of installing subsurface drainage in the existing eastem and western ditch, running North to South along the edge of the property. It also includes the addition of a sidewalk along the North side of Nelson Lane as sown on the construction drawings. Construction includes, but is not limited to, drainage systems, sidewalks, removal of existing residential construction access and other related items not mentioned here but required by the Plans and Specifications.
