To improve traffic flow on Main Street through an upgrade of its traffic control system. The goal is to improve traffic flow at each of its Main Street intersections by linking each intersection into a unified system, reducing backups and wait times on Main Street. This will reduce traffic delays and congestion and improve travel time reliability.
