Rock Springs Drive Pavement Rehabilitation Project - Rebid 2

The work comprises, but is not limited to: Mobilization; Traffic Control; 2-inch grind and 2-inch AC overlay; 4-inch grind and 4-inch AC overlay; ADA Ramps, adjustment of existing manholes to grade; adjustment of water valve can covers; AC Berm, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk, Driveway approach, Local depression and curb face, Concrete ramp, Grading, and restoration of striping, pavement markings, and legends. 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. It shall be mandatory, upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established by the City Council as they apply to the work being performed. Said prevailing rates are available from the State of California Department of Industrial Relations website The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A or C12 Contractor's license at the time of submitting bids.
