| Description | Campus improvements: Aluminum covered walkway repair. Building 3: Reconfigure use of space in media center to include work areas adjacent to the reading stacks, renovate existing single occupant restrooms to be ADA compliant, new HVAC components, and new interior paint and flooring. Building envelope improvements: Reroof buildings 1,2,3,4,5,6,8 and 9. HVAC improvements: Replace chiller and cooling tower, complete HVAC replacement buildings 1,2 and 6, partial HVAC replacement buildings 2,4,5,8 and 9, and test and balance. Fire Safety Systems improvements: Replace entire fire alarm system, and install fire sprinklers buildings 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 8. Electrical Improvements: Replace existing aluminum canopy lighting, replace existing exterior lights on buildings 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 8, and related roof equipment electrical.
