Addition & Renovations to Town of Conway, Department of Public Works, Plow Truck Garage

The proposed project will renovate/reconstruct approximately 1275 sq ft of the existing ground and loft level staff areas plus the addition of four new vehicle bays in a 3400 sq ft addition. The ground and loft level staff areas will be new construction within the existing facility subsequent to the demolition of the existing staff areas, and will be comprised of two ADA compliant WC's, a break room, the renovated entry area/corridor and new stair to loft, all on the ground level. The upper level will be comprised of an office and storage area. The addition will include four automated garage doors, a personnel door, area for plant and four parking pays for snow-plow trucks, all under a new steel framed metal roof and wall system building.
