Lowcountry Council of Governments is accepting proposals for professional services regarding the assessment and preliminary design of facility improvements to ten (10) senior center locations in the four-county region of the Lowcountry. These activities would include a field investigation of the site, use analysis and study, and recommendations for alterations based on the assessment to include projected costs.
