Courthouse South Penthouse Roof Replacement

Marathon County’s goal for the Marathon County south penthouse roof replacement project is to replace the existing membrane roof that is at the end of its serviceable life in order to protect the facility’s contents and extend its useful life. Specific objectives for this project are as follows: 1. Remove and dispose the existing roofing system to the concrete deck. 2. Fully adhere a tapered polyisocyanurate insulation system with and average R-value equal to R35. ¼” per foot taper minimum. 3. Fully adhere ½” dens deck cover board. 4. Install a fully adhered 60 mil white single-ply TPO roofing system. Install wall, curb, drain and pipe flashings as required. Supply and install any required metal flashings as required. Colors to be chosen by owner. 5. Provide a 20 year manufacturers no dollar limit warranty covering 100% materials and labor. 6. A manufacturer’s representative is to inspect the roofing system upon completion
