Bituminous surfacing (recycle), traffic control, milling, chip seal and miscellaneous work on approximately 7.10 miles on US 89 beginning at RM 65.02 between Idaho and Smoot. It is mandatory that all bids be prepared electronically using WYDOT Electronic Bid System (EBS) and a hard copy of the bid be Submitted. An electronic bid bond is preferred, in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid. In lieu of the electronic bid bond, a cashier's check payable to the Transportation Commission of Wyoming in the amount of 10 percent of the bid is acceptable.
