Waste Line Replacement at Mountain View High School

Scope of Work: 1. Abandon in place existing underground cast iron piping not to disturb the bookstore and kitchen restroom. Cap and seal remaining ends water tight. 2. Saw cut and remove concrete floor at points to install piping liner. 3. Install approximately 324’ of new piping liner in 6” cast iron piping and reconnect outside of building to existing 6” main waste pipe. 4. Install approximately 206’ of new piping liner in4” cast iron piping. 5. Saw cut and remove concrete floor for trenching. 6. Install approximately 230’ of 2” solid core schedule 40 PVC piping in trench and connect to existing cast iron piping. 7. Install approximately 35’ of 3” solid core schedule 40 PVC piping in trench and connect to exiting cast iron piping. 8. Install approximately 62’ of 4” solid core schedule 40 PVC piping in trench and connect to existing cast iron piping. 9. Backfill trenching and pour new concrete floor to match existing.
