Description

**As of June 7, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Route 7 Wall Maintenance at Winchester Drive. Proposed improvements consist of maintaining the existing concrete walls between Route 7 and Winchester Drive, in the Sterling Election District. Hydro blasting and painting the concrete walls; clearing, trimming and supplemental planting of the surrounding landscaping; and associated maintenance of traffic and erosion & sediment control are included in the Scope of Work .
